3 tablespoons cannabutter
1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt (kosher or sea)
Pinch of white pepper
2 cups warm milk


  1. In a small saucepan, melt the cannabutter over low heat.
  2. Whisk in the  our, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Slowly add the milk, whisking to prevent lumps. Simmer the sauce until it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon (5 to 7 minutes)
