Baked turkey breast

Who needs boring old societal norms when you can stuff your face with this delicious bomb turkey! Ingredients: for the four seasons blend: 1 cup coarse sea salt or kosher salt 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons garlic salt 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper for the turkey: 1 (10-12 pound) bone-in turkey breast 2 tablespoons four seasons blend 2 tablespoons butcher’s grind black pepper 1/2 cup yellow mustard 12 tablespoons of cannabis butter, melted Directions 1. Heat cooker to 250°F. 2. Make the spice blend: Mix the salt, pepper, garlic salt, and cayenne in a medium bowl. 3. Prepare the turkey: Using a small sharp knife, cut around the wishbone. Carefully lift the skin and grasp the bone your hand. Twist and pull it out firmly, taking care not to damage the meat. 4. Cut a four 1/2-inch slits all on each breast. Rub the turkey breast and the wishbone all over with the mustard, then rub all over with the seasoning and pepper. Place in the cooker and roast until a thermometer inserted reaches 153°F. Spray it with apple cider vinegar a few times during the process. 5. Remove from the cooker and drizzle with cannabis butter. Wrap completely in heavy duty plastic wrap a few times. Place in a dedicated cooler and cover with towels (this will act as a warming oven). Let rest for at least 20-30 minutes. 6. Remove turkey and unwrap it. Transfer it to a cutting board and carve. Ravioli All’Amatriciana

Packed with guanciale and tomatoes, then tossed with cannabisbutter, these ravioli are perfection! Ingredients: for the pasta dough: 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 4 extra-large eggs 1/2 teaspoon cannabis butter, melted ¾ pound guanciale, or pancetta, thinly sliced for the ravioli: 3 garlic cloves 1 red onion, halved and chopped into ¼ -inch dice 1 ½ teaspoons hot red pepper flakes kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste ½ cup tomato paste doppio estratto ¼ cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano, plus 1 piece for grating ½ pound cannabis butter 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced Directions: 1. Make the pasta dough: Mound the flour in the center of a large wooden cutting board. Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the eggs and cannabis butter. Using a fork, beat together the eggs and oil and begin to incorporate the flour, starting with the inner rim of the well. As you expand the well, keep pushing the flour up from the base of the mound to retain the well shape. Once the dough starts to come together, knead it gently with both hands for about 5 minutes. You made need to add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve an elastic and slightly sticky dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. 2. A very, very easy recipe for making some dank mashed potatoes that will get you as high as a bird Ingredients: 3 large russet potatoes 1/4 pint cannabis milk 6 ounces ricotta cheese 8 tablespoons cannabutter 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped thyme 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon kosher Salt DIRECTIONS: Cut the potatoes into cubes. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until you can stab them with a fork and they fall off easily. Mash the potatoes a bit. Add the marijuana butter to the potatoes and continue to mash them with the marijuana butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to mash until you get the desired consistency. Korean beef with cannabis

Can you say simple and quick, like in under 30 minutes quick? Badda boom badda bam! Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef ¼ cup brown sugar (cannabis sugar) ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tsp. sesame oil ½ white onion Ground black pepper Green onions (optional) ¼ tsp. ground ginger (optional) Sesame seeds (optional) 4-5 tsp. of Cannabutter Cooking oil Directions: In the large bowl, combine ¼ cup of brown sugar, ¼ cup of soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, ¼ tsp ground ginger, and 2 tsp of cannabutter. We’re going to whisk all our ingredients until mixed well. Let’s move onto our beef. Heat your cooking oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. While the oil heats, dice the ½ onion. Add onions and pepper and cook until browned. Now that the beef is looking golden brown, drain the excess oils and fats. Next, add the soy sauce mixture and chopped green onions. Stir to make sure everything mixes properly. Lower heat and allow the beef to simmer for two minutes. Serve with white rice to make a delicious beef bowl, or in lettuce for a leaner version of bulgogi lettuce wraps. Cannabis meatloaf

Stop what you’re doing right now, grab a pound of ground meat and cannabis! This may seem like a strange thing to do but the butter will add a savory richness to the loaf that only adds to the decadence. INGREDIENTS: 1/4 ounce cannabis 1/2 cup melted cannabutter or cannaoil 1 pound ground meat (beef, pork, lamb, whatever you like) 1 large Egg 1/2 package Crushed Saltines 1/2 cup Green Pepper, Chopped 1/2 cup Onion, chopped 1 garlic finely chopped 1 Loaf Pan   INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic and green pepper. Mix together well with hands. Next, add saltines, soup, cannabutter and cannabis. Roll the beef into a ball and gouge a hole in it with your thumb. Drop the egg in, combining the ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Pot ribs

The secret is in the sauce, so dip everything in it! Ingredients: 2 full racks pork ribs (5 pounds) 6 medium garlic cloves chopped 1/2 cup canabutter melted 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tbsp  salt 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar 4 teaspoons paprika 2 tbsp.  mustard 1/4 cup lightly packed lemon zest 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice Directions: Place everything except the ribs in a bowl and whisk to combine. Coat the ribs evenly with the rub on both sides, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Heat the oven to 325°F and arrange a rack at the top and another in the bottom third. Remove the ribs from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature while the oven is heating, at least 20 minutes. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and place the ribs meat side up on the sheets. Place 1 baking sheet on the top rack in the oven and 1 on the bottom rack and bake for 45 minutes. Switch the baking sheets and continue to bake until the ribs are knife tender, about another 45 minutes. Serve with a side of your cannabis infused BBQ sauce. This medicated recipe for classic Italian dish will make your head, heart and stomach happy! Ingredients: 1 lb ground organic turkey (you may substitute beef) 3 tablespoons cannabis infused extra virgin olive oil 1 medium onion (finely diced) 2 cloves of garlic (finely minced) 1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes 1 (8 oz) jar of tomato sauce 1 (6 oz) can of tomato paste 1 (8 oz) box of no-boil lasagna noodles 2 large organic eggs 1½ cups cottage cheese ½ cup ricotta cheese ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (chopped) 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 (8 oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese 1 (8 oz) bag shredded cheddar cheese Directions: To begin, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.  Lightly grease a baking dish with some cooking spray. Heat up 3 tablespoons of cannabis olive oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-low heat. Dice the onions, mince the garlic, and chop the parsley. Then, add the diced onions and minced garlic to your hot skillet. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper and stir well to combine. Proceed to add in the ground turkey meat, stirring to ensure that all the ground turkey is broken up some. Continue to cook the ground turkey and onions, crumbling the meat up as you cook it, until all of the meat has been browned. After the turkey meat is finished cooking, drain any excess fat from the skillet. Once the fat has been drained, add the can of stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
