Weed Lemon Bars

Enjoy this baked lemon bars recipe – perfect for a high dessert! Ingredients: ½ cup Canna butter, softened 1 cup flour ¼ cup powdered sugar 1 cup granulated sugar ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 eggs Steps: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour, Cannabutter and powdered sugar together. Press mixture into the non-greased baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in preheated oven. Mix granulated sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon juice and eggs together until fluffy while crust is baking. Remove crust from oven. Pour egg mixture over the warm crust and bake for another 20 minutes. Top with additional powdered sugar if desired. Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting and serving. Tasty cannabis baklava

Even if you don’t know what this delicious dish is, it’s worth trying. Especially when medicated! Traditional Greek or Turkish dessert is an easy-to-make culinary achievement that is sure to impress friends and family. Ingredients: 1 (16 ounce) package of phyllo dough ½ pound chopped pistachios ½ pound chopped walnuts 1 cup cannabis butter  melted 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg 1 cup white sugar 1 cup water ½ cup honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract *If you intend use cannabis infused butter and honey I suggest you replace the half of amount with regular butter or honey. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Butter the bottoms and sides of a 9×13 inch baking pan. Coarsely chop both nuts and toss with cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside. Unroll phyllo dough. Cut whole stack in half to fit prepared baking pan. To keep from drying out, cover dough with a dampened cloth as you work. Place two sheets of dough in pan, brush generously with butter. Repeat until you have 8 sheets layered. Sprinkle 2 – 3 tablespoons of nut and cinnamon mixture on top. Top with two sheets of dough, butter, nuts, layering as you go. The top layer should be about 6 – 8 sheets deep. Using a sharp knife, cut into square shapes. Bake for about 50 minutes until baklava is crisp and golden. While baklava is baking, combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a light boil. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; reduce heat and simmer on low heat  for 20 minutes. Remove baklava from oven and immediately drizzle the sauce on top with a spoon. Stoners are nice and easy and so is this recipe for super tasty cannabis honey balls. This small energy bombs don’t have to be baked, but they will bake you! Ingredients: 1 cup weed honey 1 cup peanut butter 3 tablespoons cannabutter 3 cup rolled oats 1 cup dried fruit or nuts 1/4 cup shaved coconut 1 cup granola Instructions: Thoroughly mix canna honey, peanut butter, cannabutter, rolled oats, granola, and  dried fruit. Rest the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes. Roll into balls and roll in the shaved coconut to coat outside. Serve and enjoy! Chocolate cannabis fudge

This is one of the best tasting edibles you can make and the recipe is quick and simple. Ingredients 2 3/4 cups sugar 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate 3 tablespoons cannabutter, plus more regular butter for greasing pan 1 cup half-and-half 1 tablespoon corn syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 cup chopped, roasted nuts, optional Directions Grease an 8 by 8-inch pan with butter. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the sugar, chocolate, 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cannabutter, half-and-half, and corn syrup. Over medium heat, stir with a wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved and chocolate is melted. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and boil for 3 minutes. Remove the cover and attach a candy thermometer to the pot. Cook until the thermometer reads 234 degrees F. Remove from the heat and add the remaining butter. Do not stir. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes or until it drops to 130 degrees F. Add vanilla and nuts, if desired, and mix until well-blended and the shiny texture becomes matte. Pour into the prepared pan.
