Baked pot apples

Baked apples is classic recipe perfect for anytime that fills your kitchen and dining room with memories,  but addition of cannabutter makes it very special! Ingredients: 4 apples, cored ½ cup packed brown sugar ¼ cup room temperature butter ¼ water ½ gram of cannabis kief, you may use cannabutter instead 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon Whole cherries (optional) *If using cannabis-butter, substitute the non-infused butter listed under the ingredients above for ¼ cup cannabutter. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Combine brown sugar, butter, water, and cannabis kief into your food processor. Mix until all ingredients are blended together. Generously spoon cannabis-infused mixture into the cored apples. Place apples on non-stick baking tray, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with a cherries for garnish (optional). Bake for 20 minutes or until apples are golden brown. Don’t bake for more than 25 minutes, or the butter may burn and damage the THC. Remove from oven, and allow the baked apples to cool for approximately 5 to 10 minutes before eating. They also taste delicious with a scoop of  frozen vanilla yogurt. You can refrigerate these for up to 3 days, but store them in an air-tight container. Cannabis coffee cake

Coffee and cannabis…. what a great way to start your day! Or anytime of the day! This coffee cake is pretty easy to make with lots of butter, so it’s perfect for a medicated make-over. Ingredients: Baking spray 2 sticks strong cannabutter, room temperature 2½ cups sugar, divided into 2 cups and ½ cup 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 2 cups (1 pint) sour cream 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup walnuts, chopped 1 cup chocolate chips 1 tablespoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground cardamom Directions: Heat oven to 350. 1. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of the sugar with the walnuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon and cardamom. Set aside. 3. In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and 2 cups of sugar. Add eggs, blending well, then the sour cream and vanilla. 4. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Fold the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, and beat until just blended. Do not overbeat. 6. Pour one-third of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of the nut/chocolate mixture. Repeat. Then add remaining batter. 7. Bake until the center of the cake is set, about 50-60 minutes. A cake tester or toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean. Oven temps can vary quite a bit, so please check for doneness after 45 minutes. 8. Allow to cool. Cannabis pumpkin pie

Spice up your dessert table with cannabis pumpkin pie! Ingredients 8 ounce cream cheese, softened 2 cups mashed pumpkin, use fresh pumpkin to make this delicious fall pie. 1 cup sugar ¼ teaspoon salt 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup half-and-half ⅓ cup cannabutter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell whipped cream, for topping Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream in a large mixing bowl. Add the pumpkin and beat until combined. Add the sugar and salt. Beat. Add the eggs, half-and-half, and Cannabutter. Beat until combined. Beat in the remaining vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger until combined. Pour the filling into the pie crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Weed Biscuits Recipe Have you ever had sweet potato biscuits? They are simply delicious. They can even be made with marijuana butter and taste just as divine and you can get a fun high. They are lovely treats with the beautiful flavor of sweet potatoes and the buttery goodness of cannabis butter. This is a simple recipe for homemade sweet potato marijuana biscuits that you are just going to love. Ingredients 1 1/2 cup of mashed sweet potato (1 large sweet potato) 1 cup milk 3 cup all-purpose flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoon baking powder 2 teaspoon salt 12 tablespoons of cold unsalted cannabis butter Directions The first step is to heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and greasing a biscuit sheet or tray. Then peel and chop the sweet potato to boil it. Once it has cooked through mash it up and let cool for some time. Once the sweet potato mash has cooled down add 2/3 cup of milk to it and whisk it together. Next mix the dry ingredients namely flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl and keep it aside. Cut 12 tablespoons of the cannabis butter into smaller pieces and add it to the dry ingredients mixture. Using knife, fork or biscuit cutter cut the cannabis butter into the mixture until you get a crumbly mealy mixture. After this add the sweet potato mash and milk mixture to the cannabis butter and flour mixture and fold it in gently. If you feel that mix is too dry you can add some more milk to get a better consistency for the mix. Now that the dough is ready it can be rolled out.
