Weed Porn aka. ‘Puff Puff Porn’

As many people have already figured out, there’s a connection between weed and sex. It’s actually been scientifically proven a couple of times. And apparently, weed porn is pretty popular. But if you’re going to Google “cannabis and porn,” do so with a degree of caution.

Thanks to glossy magazines like High Times and Instagram feeds, there’s a steady stream of cannabis photography filled with gooey, sticky-icky bulbous trichome-covered buds, dripping with terpene-heavy and cannabinoid-rich goodness.  According to Pornhub, weed smoking is a pretty popular fetish on the site. Their Golden Age of Pornhub insights found that “smoking” was the eighth most popular search term for people between the ages of 45 and 54-years-old.

Pornhub found a 263 percent increase above the typical daily average in marijuana related searches on April 20, 2015. So people most definitely want their weed porn on National Weed Day.

When it comes to the most common weed related search terms, “weed” is obviously number one. Other common related terms include “marijuana,” “pot,” “joint,” “420,” “cannabis,” and “hash.” But the terms most often combined with “weed” were “smoking” and “sex.” Other popular terms include “high,” “girl,” and “smoke.”

People in Vermont sure love their weed porn. They were 44 percent more likely to search for weed related porn than any other state in the U.S. New Hampshire, Colorado, Washington, and Rhode Island round out the top five.  According to Pornhub, most of the states on their top 15 have some form of decriminalization or rules allowing medical use. Wisconsin was the only one where weed remains fully illegal. At the bottom of the list were Oklahoma, Delaware, West Virginia, Tennessee, and South Carolina.

Let’s take a look at which smoking-hot porn stars are most searched for in conjunction with weed. Topping off the list is the Ebony babe with porn’s most perfect butt, Pinky likely for her starring role in the acclaimed Magical Pinky Weed in which our girl magically appears in a genie-esque way after 3 friends smoke a special strain. This also likely explains why ‘magical’ shows up on the list of top searched terms above. Pinky is followed by known stoner babe Madison Ivy in at second and just to prove her dedication to weed culture, her social media handles all proudly feature 420. So, yeah. Third place is claimed by the proudly sober Christy Mack, likely due to a super hot video back from her naughtier days featuring Ms. Mack smoking a blunt and enjoying another favorite form of oral fixation.

According to our anonymized demographics data provided by our analytics software, marijuana-laced searches are  most popular among males ages 18-24. Specifically, men are 117% more likely to perform these types of searches on Pornhub than women and users aged 18-24 are 120% more likely than any other age group. Comparatively, the National Survey on Drug Use and Health found that men were still 50 percent more likely than women to use marijuana and that the 18-24 group shows the highest prevalence of past-year use at 30%, the highest of all groups.

As marijuana laws become more and more lax around the country, the cannabis industry and the sex industry are beginning to snuggle up against one another. First, we heard about Sexxxpot, a certain strain of pot that helps women orgasm more easily, and now, there are cannabis condoms and sex toys. There is also a hybrid weed pipe that doubles as a sex toy. Humorously, the glass pipe-dildo is called the Original Peter Piper Pecker Puffer. It is created by a company aptly called Pipedreams. If you think it’s unsanitary to use your pipe as a sex toy but want in on the sexy cannabis action, there’s a hemp lubricant that may be perfect for you.

So, there you have it people!
